The GM Cancer Personalised Care team includes the Programme Director and 3 Project Managers, each working on one of the workstreams within the programme:
Supportive Care, Core Interventions and Genomics. Personalised Care is a key part of the NHS Long Term Plan.

It is a whole system approach that enables a variety of services across the health, social care, public health and community spectrum to be integrated around the individual in order to deliver better outcomes and experiences.

We are looking to recruit a Project Support Officer to directly support the Personalised Care team to deliver the programmes of work within the programme.

The Project Support Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and project support for project workstreams and programme, including accurate record keeping, progress updates, preparing and administrating board meetings, communications including updating the website/social media and organising education/engagement events.

This is a fixed term contract to the end of March 24 in the first instance. Secondment welcomed.

This is an exciting time for applicants with significant experience in a similar administrative or project support officer role to join the Greater Manchester Cancer team.
