Salary:
£34,057 - £40,275

Hours: 36 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Team Leader within Housing Operations. We are looking for a driven, creative and inspiring team leader to join our Housing Operations team.

We are looking for someone who understands the power of providing tenants with good quality housing and can make a significant contribution to shaping the future of our housing operations service.

We have a passion for putting our customers first and a driving ambition to make their lives significantly better and the purpose of the job is:

  • Delivering a quality operational service including performance and contract management, monitoring performance, proposing and implementing appropriate actions with both internal and external resources.
  • Managing and motivating external framework contractors and internal operatives, including financial and physical resources to ensure that performance targets are achieved, and an effective and efficient service is delivered to meet the objectives of the Housing Service.

Qualifications:


  • Hold a minimum of CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR
  • Non Domestic Gas Qualifications, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, etc.
  • City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 qualification or similar
  • Ieng level, or equivalent appropriate experience.
You should also have a comprehensive understanding of all current Health & Safety legislation and best practices. A full UK driving licence is essential to this role.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
