Job Overview:
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team in Bramhall, Stockport.
Hours and days are flexible around 3-4 days a week.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all purchase invoices and payments.
This is a vital role within our organisation, ensuring that all financial transactions related to purchases are processed efficiently and accurately.
Will suit somebody who has worked in the construction industry previously.Responsibilities:
- Collating purchase orders and job costings
- Plant hire
- Monthly CIS returns and other associated duties
- Other associated duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger role
- Construction industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:
- purchase ledger: 2 years (required)
