Our client based in Kidderminster is seeking a full time Finance Assistant. Long term opportunities following a successful trial period.Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
- Processing both sales/purchase invoices.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Payment to suppliers and external agencies and Stakeholders.
- Maintaining all relevant administration files to support the role.
- Managing the banking system.
Requirements of the Finance Assistant:
- Highly organised, but able to work in a dynamic and fastmoving environment.
- Strong communicator.
- Able to create and manage projects independently.
- Cando attitude.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ideally experienced in Xero accounting but not essential.
Pay Rate & Hours:
- Monday
- Friday.
- 09:00am 16:00pm.
- Between £28,000 £35,000 per year depending on experience.
