Our client based in Kidderminster is seeking a full time Finance Assistant. Long term opportunities following a successful trial period.


Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:


  • Processing both sales/purchase invoices.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Payment to suppliers and external agencies and Stakeholders.
  • Maintaining all relevant administration files to support the role.
  • Managing the banking system.

Requirements of the Finance Assistant:


  • Highly organised, but able to work in a dynamic and fastmoving environment.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Able to create and manage projects independently.
  • Cando attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Ideally experienced in Xero accounting but not essential.

Pay Rate & Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday.
  • 09:00am 16:00pm.
  • Between £28,000 £35,000 per year depending on experience.
