We are looking for administrators to join our Registry team. Where they live and breathe a passion for supporting Coventry University on all matters concerning student and course support.

Registry work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues and our students, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect - from their first enrolment right through to graduation.


We're not just looking for the ordinary; we need people who are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.


You will need to have extensive experience of administration and customer service in a commercial or Higher Education environment, and experience of managing workloads and working to fixed deadlines.

You will need to have significant experience of using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.

You will also be able to provide administrative and clerical support to formal meetings, and be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
