Salary:
£28,000- £33,000 Per Annum


Location:
Remote first role with in-person team days (Birmingham)

Empro Business Group is a boutique consultancy firm specialising in providing consultancy, recruitment, and technology solutions to the built environment sector.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Executive Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will provide essential support to the senior management team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

This role encompasses office management, communication management, finance, travel coordination, and project coordination.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision.
  • Own and develop monthly senior management meetings and quarterly team meetings.
  • Support and organise team incentives and events.
  • Record meeting minutes and action items, ensuring timely distribution and tracking.
  • Support the maturing of training and development plans for all Empro Business Group employees.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries for executives.
  • Assist with expense management and reconciliation for executives.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and collaboration tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Professional demeanour and ability to interact confidently with executives and stakeholders.
