- £70 to £85 per day

Secondary SEN & Graduate Learning Support Assistant Roles Available

Full time position

Monday to Friday 8:30 to 15:30

Are you a graduate looking to gain experience working within the education sector?

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teaching staff, other support staff and external agencies to enhance the development and education of children in accordance with the aims and policies of the school.

You will have the ability to displaythe skills required to motivate, inspire and challenge the pupils to succeed and have a natural ease with strangers and the ability to rapidly form relationships with empathy and maturity.

We are looking for a vibrant, dedicated Learning Support Assistants who are seeking to join our secondary schools.

ROLE:

Required to work across secondary level key stages.
Working with class teachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or classes on or off site.
Recording and monitoring pupils' progress.
Being an asset to the teacher and motivate pupils.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience across KS3 and KS4, and keen interest in building a career within the education sector
Be flexible and adaptable to work across the secondary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff
