  • Ideally you will have worked as a Permanent Recruitment consultant prior and understand how a Perm desk works.
  • You will be a Senior Consultant that enjoys working in a mature, teamdriven culture where you will have the freedom to work in your own way.

The Role of a Senior Consultant:

  • Database management: ensuring information is regularly updated and accurately maintained, utilising information to assist searches and reports.
  • Managing weekly temporary administration for team reports and ad hoc for topical market information
  • Assisting with business development activity providing detailed information on companies and individuals.
  • Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge, maintaining a high level of research activity capturing market and people intelligence.
  • Preparing documents for consultant meetings with clients including research and background information.
