Promoting an industry leading range of lintels and structural support building materials. Account managing the relationship with a network of builder's merchants, whilst tracking projects with contractors and developers.

Package:
Competitive basic salary with an £8k OTE, car, laptop and mobile

Territory:
Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall

Selling:
Lintels, masonry support and structural building materials

Customers:
Builders merchants, specialist distributors, contractors, regional house builders, local developers and structural engineers

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

A field based territory sales role, promoting my clients industry leading range of lintels and masonry support products
Account managing and developing the relationship with an established network of builders merchants and specialist distributors
Whilst tracking and winning projects with contractors, regional house builders and local developers
With all projects backsold through your distribution network
Working alongside colleagues in other divisions, and a first class technical support team that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

A field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling
You are likely to be already working within the construction industry and looking to progress your field sales career
My client though will look at field sale professionals from outside of construction, with transferable sales skills
Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are identifying and winning new business
