Description
A renowned UK & Global charity is looking for a Finance Officer to join their London-based office full time.


Salary:
£26,000-£29,000 per annum


Reporting to:
Finance Manager


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile credit card statements.
  • Maintenance of petty cash floats and suspense accounts.
  • Posting of all bank and investment statements.
  • Record & process Invoices, track expenditure ensuring all expenditure including pretty cash payments have been processed in line with procedure
  • To provide general financial administrative support across all financial processes, and to deal with general finance queries.

Essential:

  • 12 years in a similar position
  • Knowledge of accounting competencies
  • Experience with SAGE accounting

Desirable:
Preparing financial reports for charitable funders

Maintaining a fixed asset register
