At the forefront of excellence in customer experience, ABPM has been retained by this exciting leisure services group to recruit a Head of Finance at a key stage of its' development.

Owner managed and led by an industry leading management team you will headup an established and motivated finance team.

The Head of Finance role is newly created to support the Managing Director and senior management team as the group expands its' operational capability and geography A great time to be joining and make a visible contribution in a role that you will make yourown.

As Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for the finance function, providing an accurate accounting foundation that allows for the provision of meaningful commercial insight and challenge to improve business performance.

At a task level you will manage the finance team to ensure the timely production of accurate management information, including the monthly management accounts and board pack.

You will be the senior relationship holder for external agencies.

As a custodianof the shareholders' investment in the business, you will instil a focus on governance and compliance to ensure the risks of the business are understood and appropriate controls are in place.

The position will primarily be office based due to the nature of operation and the team culture in the organisation.

The owners are keen to develop the individual and the anticipation is that success will lead to a Directorship and participation in a leadershipoptions pool to create a culture of reward for shared successful endeavour.
