    Sales Coordinator

    Job Role:
    We are seeking an outgoing individual to develop their career in customer service and get involved with different projects within our growing manufacturing company.

    This is not your standard customer service role as you will be involved in providing detailed quotations for customer projects ranging from telematics, radar equipment, tsunami detectors, aerospace and audio-visual. You will work closely with purchasing and production, keeping the customer up to date with every stage of their order until delivery.

    You will also attend exhibitions and trade shows, give customers tours around production and support businesses with their enquiries.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Create and provide quotations, following them up and making amendments as required.
    2. Process sales orders.
    3. Assist with customer enquiries including updates on order progress, product information, lead times, costs and deliveries.
    4. Contact customers to follow up after order delivery & check receipt.
    5. Maintain regular contact with Customers to find out any future requirements.
    6. Liaise with various departments around the business including production and purchasing.
    Ideal Candidate:
    1. Previous experience in electronics, technical, manufacturing or engineering industry is advantageous.
    2. A natural ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
    3. Good organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills.
    4. Excellent eye for detail.
    5. Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.
