The Role

Ravensbourne is looking to recruit a dynamic, creative & innovative lecturer to join the BA Hons Fashion Promotion teaching team.

This award-winning course offers students a transdisciplinary approach to media production and enabling students to gain a broad range of skills including imaging, publication production, marketing, digital awareness and content creation including fashion film.

The course and its delivery reflects the diversity of the contemporary and evolving fashion industry and encourages practice and experimentation with emerging technologies.

There will be an emphasis on collaboration, with our existing courses, as well as with our industry partners.

Applicants will be expected to have up to date skills in all aspects of fashion media production and visual communication across analogue and digital platforms, including proven business practice, pre/post production and media design and work-flow.

The knowledge and interest to develop and deliver innovations to the curriculum, using a variety of teaching methods, is necessary.

A high level of technical understanding and ability is essential.
