Description
The Events Administrator will offer administrative support in relation to Digital and Physical Events.

The post holder will be required to assist the Customer Service and Event Coordination Team in all aspects of event planning, administration and organisation, including occasionally being present at relevant events.


Duties will include:


Report Creation

  • Build and Complete Initial Sponsor Reports postevents
  • Assisting with Creating Official Post Event Reports work alongside Marketing to collate all relevant information and material

Admin

  • Being a point of contact for sponsors if the Customer Service Team is Out of Office or working at an event.
  • Digital Event Host overseeing the running of the digital event occasionally and admitting speakers and delegates to the session on time.
  • Being Responsible for the Zoom Link allocation for all Digital Events in addition to overseeing the Digital Event Feedback Link.
  • Sending Sponsors Portal Information preevent in preparation for Physical Events and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ensuring Sponsors receive a Final Logistics Document highlighting all finalised sponsor event details, logistics and travel advice for Physical Events.
  • Uploading and Editing Information on the Company Website from a Sponsor perspective.

Document Organisation

  • Cross-Checking internal documents to ensure all information aligns, and no details are outstanding for upcoming events.
  • Templating Sponsor Documents ahead of each event for the Customer Service Team to send efficiently.
  • Compiling data for each event in the Post-Event Overview Report.
