RISE, the mental health and wellbeing service for children and young people across Coventry and Warwickshire, is setting up a new team within its eating disorder service.

The Home Treatment Team, a brand new offer, will deliver care in our young people's homes, where they often feel most comfortable and where we can get maximum input from their family.

We are seeking applicants to several new roles, including Home Visit Support Workers and an Admin Co-ordinator, to help us build this new offer.
