Description

The Eve Appeal, working together with the Department of Health and Social Care, will be delivering a groundbreaking programme on gynaecological health to organisations in London and beyond. This key role plays a vital part in bringing this programme to life.

As SME/ Programme Engagement Lead you will work on the delivery of our flagship 3 year Every Woman Promise programme.

Every Woman Promise is an ambitious project focusing on working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve women's health in the workplace.

This project is funded by the Department of Health and Social Care.

The SME/ Programme Engagement Lead role will lead on delivering a portfolio of the Eve Appeal's Lunch and Learn sessions to SME's and integrate these sessions within the Every Woman Promise programme and its other offerings.

You will be an integral part of the Every Woman Promise team. A further key aspect of the role will be to recruit, onboard and deliver health information sessions to SMEs.

You will work with the Project Manager and the wider team to deliver project objectives.

This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious and confident individual with the ability to represent the organisation in front of external audiences, from any sector, to help shape and deliver the Every Woman programme.

The Eve Appeal is striving to create a workplace that reflects the communities we seek to serve and in which everyone feels empowered to be themselves and work together to drive positive change.

No formal qualifications are needed for this role, charity sector experience is not essential, and we encourage everyone with the appropriate skills, experience and potential to apply.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with lived experience of gynaecological health issues, experience of tackling health inequalities and making workplaces more accessible.

We are recruiting for 2 SME/ Programme Engagement Lead positions, both offered on a full-time basis for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract with the likelihood of being renewed for further 18 months.

We work on a hybrid working model across our teams, and we are able to consider remote working arrangements for this role.

We envisage this specific role requiring travel to attend Lunch and Learn events (in London and nationally).
