Fox Morris are working with London Borough of Hillingdon Council in relations to finding a Principle Estates Surveyor to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

Lead on all Estates Management matters and be responsible for the operational management of the Estates Surveying Service ensuring agreed service plans and performance targets deliver an improved return on significant assets to achieve value for money and significant savings for the Council.
Ensure that a culture of putting our residents first and continuous service improvement is maintained.
Responsible for managing and developing key assets including the commercial portfolio, strategic land holdings and development sites, ensuring that the Council's financial returns are optimised, and longterm interest is safeguarded in accordance with the Development and Asset Management Strategies.

- lead on all Estates management matters, including the day-to-day management of the commercial portfolio, the repairs and management of community leases, corporate portfolio, asset portfolio valuations, leasehold enfranchisement, RTB valuations and insurance valuations.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
