Job description

Are you an experienced Chartered Surveyor looking for a new role? Do you want make a difference and contribute towards the active asset management of the Council's property portfolio?

Oxford City Council is recruiting for three Asset Management Team Leaders within the Corporate Assets team.

Each role requires a Chartered Surveyor to lead a small team, whilst contributing to property management and professional activities.

The work will include Landlord and Tenant negotiations, advising and consulting with other service partners, and supporting the Corporate Asset Manager in delivering a range of strategic objectives.

One of the roles will involve leading on the delivery of the annual valuation programme and this will require a Chartered Surveyor with significant valuation experience.
