Description

Position:

Office Clerk Location:
Belfast, Northern Ireland


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • File and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Process invoices and other financial documents
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties as needed

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,093.56 per year
