Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Line Leaders to join our Fresh Produce Client based in Central Boston.

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring production targets are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of Production line workers
  • Set up and prepare the line for production
  • Monitor production progress and ensure targets are met
  • Train new employees on line procedures and safety protocols
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during production
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Line Lead or Supervisor
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication and leadership skills

Salary:
£12.50-£16.25 per hour
