Description

Vail Williams is a national property adviser with ten offices based throughout the North, Midlands and South of England.

Our team on the South Coast are looking to recruit a Projects Coordinator to support the team based in the Portsmouth office.

Position:

Administrative support for multiple teams using inhouse databases
Ensuring client projects are compliant with Vail Williams, RICS, and government rules and legislation
First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients
Proactively aiming to identify new business opportunities
Supporting the team by researching and contributing to winning new work from prospects
Providing a high level of administrative support to maximize efficiency and productivity of the team
Monitoring and updating activity in our internal database
Producing and updating fee invoices for completed projects
Adherence to Vail Williams processes and willingness to suggest improvement

Requirements:

A cando attitude with the ability to manage your own workload
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of allocated tasks
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels
Good knowledge of MS Office packages
Administrative experience with property administrative experience desirable but not essential
Flexible approach within the team
