Parts Supervisor - Inverness

Hours - 39 hrs per week and Over time when required.

  • 7:00am 15:30 Monday Thursday 7:00am 14:30 FridayAt Volvo Trucks, we're committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. As a Parts Supervisor based in Inverness, you'll be instrumental in managing our Parts Department, ensuring smooth operations, topnotch customer service, and profitability.


As a Parts Supervisor, you'll lead our Parts Department to achieve sales targets, optimise inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your role involves team management, process improvement, and building strong customer relationships. If you're a proactive leader with experience in parts management and a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you


Who are you?
You're a natural leader with proven experience in team management and parts/inventory/stores.

Your technical awareness and strong IT literacy, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel) and GDS/Kerridge-style dealer systems, set you apart.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively communicate and maintain relationships at all levels.

Your ability to analyse data, implement improvements, and adapt to changing priorities make you a valuable asset to our team.

  • Achieve sales targets and budget goals for the Parts operation
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and service standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and nurture local customer relationships
  • Set challenging objectives for team members and support their development
  • Identify training needs and implement process improvements
  • Foster positive communication between departments and stakeholders
  • Manage manpower resources effectively and control operating costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Perform routine checks and fulfil other duties as assigned
