To carry out portable appliance testing at our portfolio of clients as mentioned above including smaller commercial and private residential clients - all to a high standard.

You will work remotely, mostly on your own but from time to time on larger jobs you will work as part of a team.

You will come to the Head Office for company training/meetings and restocking where needed. As such you will be responsible for yourself day to day. Work is booked in by our office staff and this is put into schedules which you have access to. You will deal with clients at their site and will understand that communication is vital.

This role would be ideal for someone who likes to operate without the need for constant supervision or oversight.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drive to and from customers premises using company vehicle on daily basis. (driving license required)
  • Carry out portable appliance testing at various prebooked sites.
  • Communicate any problems/issues that arise with both the office and the client in a professional way.
  • Send job reports through on a daily basis
  • Keep on top of your administration reports/job cards.
  • Manage yourself on a daily basis to perform at a high level consistently.
  • Keep work vehicle clean and organised

City & Guilds PAT Certificate 2377 or experience of PAT Testing is an advantage, but full training is provided in house for those that don't have any previous experience.


Package

  • Starting pay dependent on experience/qualifications £19700k £21840k (this includes a quarterly performance bonus that will be available to a new starter after the probation period has ended)
