We are currently recruiting a full time permanent
Technical Support & Co-Ordinator to help build on the success of our existing inhouse team offering telephone support to our existing dedicated client base, daily administrative duties along with helping with the co-ordination of our engineers.
Technical Support & Co-Ordinators Key Responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound Telephone Calls as the primary source of customer service
- Responding to and dealing with internal inbound/outbound correspondence
- Picking and packing orders and becoming familiar with our equipment range.
- Calling customers and arranging Technician visits.
