We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Military Projects Officer.Joining our team in Bristol, you will play a vital part in supporting the Military Projects Manager across various aspects of project delivery, implementation, and military sales initiatives contributing to our growth in the military sector.

- You will be maintaining comprehensive project documentation, serving as a historical record and a reference for customer requirements.
- Liaise with engineering and procurement to identify and source new vendors for essential parts, manage RFQs, and ensure timely procurement.
- Create user and maintenance manuals, RSPLs (Recommended Spare Parts Lists), S&M (Spares and Maintenance) parts documentation, consumables, decals, and training presentations.
- Attend project team meetings, take followup actions, and ensure project milestones are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Support servicemaintenance contract activities and coordinate project visits and customerfacing activities. This includes ensuring that clients receive the necessary training and support for the seamless implementation of our solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting on all delivered equipment, including short notice deployment.
- Complete technical reviews of proposals, support sales team presentations, and assist in executing production operations.
- Compile required documentation for end users, conduct user training and demonstrations, and provide aftersales support.
- Track project delivery against budget and timelines.
What will give you the edge:
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Methodical and logical approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally NetSuite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous Project management experience.
- Experience within the Military is desired but not essential
- Proactive with a flexible approach to a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative.
- Communicate confidently and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of military fuel storage and transportation equipment & use
- Willingness to 'roll up the sleeves' and assist the wider team when needed
