Description
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, receptionist / administrator to join our front of house team.

Based in the heart of Bromley town centre, this role provides an opportunity to gain experience in customer services, business administration, facilities management and sales and marketing with some flexibility in working hours.

This may suit a student looking to gain experience in the work place whilst combining this with their studies or someone looking for their first job or returning to the work place.


Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet clients and visitors

General administration - filing, scanning, printing, photocopying

Finance administration

Building facilities - ensuring regular checks are completed in communal areas and any issues are reported

Stock checks and ordering of supplies

General upkeep, tidiness of communal areas

Booking and preparation of meeting rooms

Organising refreshments

Assist the Centre Manager and other team members


Key Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills, with an approachable, courteous manner

Reliable with good timekeeping

Well presented and professional

Great communication skills

Competent in MS packages and Outlook

Proactive

A good team player, willing to show flexibility and adapt to ad-hoc situations when necessary

Have a "muck-in" attitude and build good working relationships across the business

The position is for 2 days per week and hours are from 08:30-17:30


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£8.00-£10.42 per hour
