This is a part time based role from Thursday - Sunday ( 4 days a week )

Short trips starting from 10:30 am to 8:30 PM only a few miles every day, with Loading and unloading of Banqueting trolleys of Food.

Duties:

• Safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to various locations
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or damages
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries effectively
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Skills:

• Valid U.K driver's license with a clean U.K driving record
• Previous experience as a van driver or courier preferred
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£12.49 per hour
