    Job Title:

    Paper for Recovery Procurement Coordinator

    Description:

    This is a 3-year fixed term position that supports the Paper for Recovery Procurement Manager in ensuring the supply of paper for recycling aligns with the company's policy and strategy.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling raw material requirements within budget constraints while meeting health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Monitor and report on raw material supplies and stocks to ensure adequate levels for production.
    2. Ensure satisfactory stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
    3. Report and follow up on deviations from monthly forecasts.
    4. Participate in annual budgeting for paper recycling supplies.
    5. Determine replenishment stock needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
    6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply channels and ensure correct stock levels.
    7. Attend meetings with suppliers and customers.
    8. Participate in audits and monitor quality.

    Statistics and Reporting:

    1. Maintain and report essential statistics for effective management.
    2. Compile and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    3. Provide regular updates to the line manager on raw material availability, stocks, quality, and costs.
    4. Extract, analyze, and present statistical data.
    5. Develop forecasts.

    Administrative Management:

    1. Issue purchase orders.
    2. Manage raw material supplies.
    3. Oversee daily operations.
    4. Maintain system databases through data entry and upkeep.
    5. Prepare reports.
    6. Analyze and extract data.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
    2. Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
    3. Excellent communication skills for interacting at all levels.
    4. Ability to work under deadlines.
    5. Capacity to work as part of a team and independently.
    6. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    7. Self-motivated with good initiative.
    8. Basic understanding of financial principles.

    Estimated Salary:

    $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
