The Position:


Our Communications and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating and assisting with all event planning and execution and assisting with brand partnerships.

As a key member of the marketing team, this role plays a vital part within social media management, scheduling and creating content.

You will work with the external agency, to produce new editorial/brand content projects once signed off by senior management.


Our Communications and Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Communications and Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider marketing and ecommerce team including our Global Marketing Director and Head of Ecommerce.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing and Communications:
  • Assist with the planning and executing of events, including but not limited to store popup's, launch parties, panel events and events for seasonal drops.
  • Develop strong relationships with all key store staff and head office team
  • Track and analyze marketing and event metrics to inform future strategies and tactics. Assisting with post event/launch analysis and reporting.
  • Create detailed briefs for both internal and external partners to deliver best in class assets for campaigns and events.
  • Assist with producing and sharing key event materials and all equipment logistics
  • Marketing admin support, keeping all key documents up to date and taking note in marketing meetings to communicate with the team
  • Create monthly research for new event ideas and brand to partner with in order to generate a marketing story and/or footfall into store
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Assist with press loans and requests and be on hand to meet stylists and influencers visiting the store when required as well as supporting the external PR agency
  • Maintain consistent research on influencers and look after the internal database
  • Oversee outreach on paid partnerships/placements/event attendance for key inhouse influencer relationships
  • Social Media and Content:
  • Coordinate with the external content agency and internal teams to execute a content plan for social media channels.
  • Responsible for ensuring all content is scheduled for social channels.
  • Support the business reactive requirements to create content for emerging micro trends, new product drops or cultural messaging
  • Liasing with the team in Sweden to keep all social aligned globally.
  • Working with the external agency to produce weekly and monthly reporting on social performance
  • Produce monthly/seasonal research and new ideas on editorial/brand lead content for the blog and social.
  • Work with the external agency, to produce new editorial/brand content projects once signed off by senior management.
  • Assisting with photoshoots, understanding the role this content can play into our overall strategy.
  • Creating mood boards for shoot styling, and liaising with any freelance stylists.
  • Support in pulling products for shoots and highlighting trend/commercial needs for external stylists.
  • Creating and capturing all social content on photoshoots.
  • Assisting with campaign planning and all campaign logistics.
  • Constantly looking at new creative ideas and trends for content.
  • Keeping digital filing of content organised.

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year experience within marketing through a full time role or internship.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient and can work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Able to prioritise work loads
  • Hybrid role split between home and our Dalston head office. Preferred 2 days a week in the office
  • Willing to travel to events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for sustainable fashion.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
