Armitstead Barnett are a well-respected and well known mixed practice of Chartered Surveyors, spread over four offices in Lancashire and Cumbria.

We have a thriving residential agency department, specialising in higher value and country property, together with a strong and very well established agricultural team dealing with valuation, sales and management.

We aim to consistently deliver an outstanding level of service to our clients in all aspects of the work which we undertake.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new GP surveyor to join our valuation team as a result of continued organic growth.

You will undertake interesting and varied commercial and residential valuation work, primarily across Lancashire and Merseyside, based in our South Lancashire office.

This will include secured lending valuations, but we also generate a significant volume of private client work through both long established and more recent professional relationships.

We are ideally looking for someone with around 3 years' post qualification experience who is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer.

Your experience will mean that you can quickly become a full member of the team, but you will be able to collaborate with a partner on a day-to-day basis.

You will have the ability to produce high quality reports in a timely manner and will be enthusiastic in work and at play, keen to develop new relationships.
