Head of Residential AV Projects - This new role in requires a real AV specialists that has an extensive background in residential AV systems integration into the end custom install market.

You will have had between 5-10 years experience in residential integration and at least 2-4 years with an AV management background.

You will need to be a highly organised individual that is capable of managing project workflow and developing forward thinking strategy.

Ideally if you can bring in new ways to help streamline / improve processes and procedures that would be great.

You must be able to work alongside the AV sales, AV engineering and AV design departments.

You will also work closely with clients whether they are main contractor, consultancies, specialist interior designers in order to make sure that projects are delivered to the highest standards as well as on time and on budget.

A demonstrable background of the deployment of Crestron, Lutron, Sound, IT Home Networks and smarthome along with home cinema needs to clear and concisely shown on your CV.

On occasion you will need to visit clients and clients sites so the need to be client facing is an absolute must.
