Salary:£19,640 to £21,028 (in line with National Minimum Wage brackets)
Contract:2-year fixed term contract, full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours:37 hours per week

Are you a proactive problem solver with a strong passion for all things IT? We are looking for a positive, motivated individual to start their career in IT at YPO as an ICT apprentice, providing technical support to the whole business in a range of activities.
Your excellent verbal communications skills will enable you to support the IT Service Desk, taking calls from colleagues across the business and engaging with colleagues at all levels.
You will demonstrate your ability to think creatively, analyse data and solve problems as you will be investigating technical IT issues and recording and resolving queries.
You will take pride in being well organised with an excellent attention to detail, demonstrating the ability to independently manage tasks and prioritise workloads effectively, working well as part of an experienced and supportive team and demonstrating a positive attitude.
You will ideally have previous experience of working with computer systems or utilising technical skills, but above all the commitment to study and work at the same time.
Our Apprenticeships:
Your apprenticeship will include both nationally recognised qualifications and on-the-job training, as well as the opportunity to partake in our newly developed Apprenticeship Pathway - a programme of workshops designed to complement the experience you will gain through working with us.
You will be working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship standard, support technician route.About YPO
