A great opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join a Home improvements company in the Manchester area. They have completed projects for a range of domestic and commercial properties, as well as some famous faces. They have also been featured on Channel 4 and LAD Bible. A fantastic time to join a growing business, as they move into their first showroom.

Salary - £23 - £27k depending on experience
Immediate start date
Manchester based, in our brand new showroom
Handling post PO enquiries, including shipment updates, and order changes
Supporting the Operations Manager on a daily basis, working to a high standard at all times
Dealing with our suppliers, ensuring all PO's raised are on track by chasing the supplier for updates
Organising and filing important images from PO's and shipping documents, to survey and completion images
Booking and arranging installation dates with customers and installers, ensuring the logistics of areas for each week are well planned
Building rapport with suppliers, developing strong and meaningful relationships to ensure that our orders are to a high quality and on time
Maintaining and updating our CRM system to track deliveries and installs
Understanding of our products and services as well as keeping up to date with industry trends, and competitors to ensure we stay ahead of the market
Working closely with the wider team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales strategies
Tracking the progress and status of all jobs entered on the CRM system, ensuring clients and team are kept up to date
Ensuring customer care is carried out during and after the installation, to ensure all clients are happy with there final product
Skills Required:
Experienced, with at least one year in a similar role role with prior operations, or logistics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident with great telephone manners
Brilliant relationship building skills
Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
Commitment, drive and self motivation
Results-driven and understand the of importance of reporting on performance
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to well manage your own time and diary
Resilient and able to work under high pressure
Adaptable to change
Excellent time and people management skills
A proven track record of exceeding targets and working to KPI's.
Energy, drive, determination, commitment and ambition
Beneficial but not necessary - Polish and English speaking
Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
