Why you will love this role:

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the right-hand person to the Managing Director, playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Founders at the University of Cambridge.

You'll wear many hats, from operational planning and delivery to marketing and community building.


In more detail you will:

  • Support the Managing Director in executing strategic and operational initiatives
  • Design and implement operational processes to scale our teams efficiently
  • Manage communication aspects with external stakeholders, partners and sponsors
  • Work with colleagues to organise highprofile projects and events with industry leaders
  • Build and maintain databases so the team can effectively engage with key stakeholders
  • Craft compelling presentations and social media content Be across many varied things requiring attention to detail and flawless execution
