Why you will love this role:

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the right-hand person to the Managing Director, playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Founders at the University of Cambridge.

You'll wear many hats, from operational planning and delivery to marketing and community building.

In more detail you will:

Support the Managing Director in executing strategic and operational initiatives
Design and implement operational processes to scale our teams efficiently
Manage communication aspects with external stakeholders, partners and sponsors
Work with colleagues to organise highprofile projects and events with industry leaders
Build and maintain databases so the team can effectively engage with key stakeholders
Craft compelling presentations and social media content Be across many varied things requiring attention to detail and flawless execution
