Objectives and Responsibilities:

Requirements of the role outlined below but not limited to

  • Diary Management for Project Delivery Director.
  • Support to internal and external business reporting.
  • Meeting minutes and actions inc. chasing actionees.
  • SharePoint Site maintenance.
  • MS Teams admin.
  • Organising team events regular meetings, oneoff business events, social events (working with EDP Comms).
  • Maintenance of Organisation Chart.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of staff distribution of induction packs, appointing buddies.
  • Maintenance of distributions lists.

Essential Skills and Experience required to undertake role (note if desirable):

  • Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
  • Excellent team player, able to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in developing career in a large and growing business.
