The Position
FanDuel is looking for a
Product Owner to join our Wallet vertical within the Core Products & Experiences domain.

You will play an active role in achieving our goal to provide an industry leading customer experience for payments, withdrawals and back end wallet services across all FanDuel products.


As Product Owner, you will play a key role in our product delivery teams, collaborating with colleagues in Product and Software Engineering and working with stakeholders from across the global FanDuel business.


You will be responsible for eliciting requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria whilst prioritising product backlogs with the aim of streamlining the execution of program priorities and maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components.


  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product and use data to support your work
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using your commercial understanding to generate innovative solutions
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of value delivery, guiding partners throughout the SDLC ensuring high quality change is delivered
  • Contribute toward the internal FanDuel PO community by promoting industry best practice and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and crossskilling

What We're Looking For


You'll bring experience as a Business Analyst immersed in agile delivery processes for software/web based products or as a Product Owner comfortable getting into the details of technical delivery.


It would be a bonus if you have experience of working on payments and tax solutions, though analysis, collaboration and delivery skills are key.


  • Experience of Agile delivery processes used in software or webbased products and an ability to promote this culture
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Ability to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done processes
  • Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen
  • Is used to working in a fastpaced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change

Location:

Our Scottish tech hub is based in central Edinburgh and is fitted with fabulous amenities including a Gym, showers, bike parking, gaming pods, multiple breakout areas, meeting rooms, a roof terrace and much more.

We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where team members come together at the hub as required.

Applicants should be willing to travel to our Edinburgh Tech Hub from time to time.
