At EnterpriseAlumni, we've experienced a tremendous period of growth over the last 12 months.

We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to provide a high level of confidential administrative support to our extremely busy and dynamic Chief Operating Officer.


This role is all about interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate face to face and remotely with both the COO, senior team, clients, and key relationships.

Our Executive Assistant will need to be able to handle ambiguity and deal with high-level personalities. The workplace is high energy, high output and requires a good dose of humour too.

Objectives of the Role

  • Be the administration point of contact between the COO and internal/external relationships.
  • Enable smooth communication between our COO and the Executive team.
  • Play a pivotal role in assisting the COO to make the best use of his time.
  • Prioritises conflicting needs, following through on projects to successful completion.
  • Take responsibility for tasks supporting the COO so that he can maximise his time.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily administrative operations run smoothly, handling requests and queries appropriately.
  • Track the COO's calendar.
  • All administration required by the COO.
  • Arranging cost effective, complex and detailed travel plans.
  • Resourcing the office requirements, e.g., key cards for new starters, monitor office supplies and support the London office.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and exercise discretion with interactions.
  • Arrange events and dinners alongside the Company's marketing team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High emotional intelligence, resilient and selfsufficient.
  • 10+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or, similar role.
  • Superbly organised with an understanding of office management systems and procedures including an outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to understand and work with international time zones.
Salary will be £35-45,000 depending on experience.
