Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
  • Assist with organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and assisting with events
  • Prepare and distribute office correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using sharepoint, microsoft, etc.
  • Strong clerical and organisational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with computerised systems for data entry
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office management
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Willing to help and positive attitude

Job Types:

Salary:
£13,122.65-£22,489.92 per year
