This role is integral in helping us stay ahead of international standards and best practice to maintain our position in the market.


As a Contracts and Compliance Administrator, you will support the Risk and Compliance Manager in keeping our global business abreast of regional compliance requirements and provide critical support in delivering key internal and external audits and risk assessments.

You will also support various business functions in their relations with clients, suppliers and other third parties by reviewing contracts and other documents, then making necessary adjustments and recommendations.


While based in our Manchester office, you will support our colleagues who are based across the world while having a great degree of flexibility.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Completing client and supplier contract and document reviews. For example terms & conditions and NDAs
  • Acting as the first point of contact for daytoday queries from the business regarding compliance and contracts
  • Supporting internal and external audits, and risk assessments, including scheduling, reports and execution
  • Monitoring and supporting tasks related to compliance obligations of the business
  • Maintaining, monitoring and updating internal tools, records and documentation
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and legislative or business changes

Qualifications:


If you enjoy working in a detail oriented role, have an interest in regulation and have previous experience working with contracts, this role will provide you with a trusted and technical position and responsibility within the business.
