**Role Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to produce fasteners to strict tolerances to certain specifications.

To fulfil this role the post holder needs to be able to set, operate and change-over state of the art machinery utilising different materials whilst controlling the heat factor and ensuring quality standards are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities

  • To be the first point of contact in the help chain for team members for support in problem solving with ongoing production.
  • Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct.
  • Encourage individuals to demonstrate the Howmet Values
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
**Experience Required

  • 5 years minimum handson experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production or engineering discipline.
  • Experience in setting/operating machinery.
  • Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel.
  • Planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • High level of EHS knowledge and awareness.
