The Role:

- _ Our Workplace division delivers three distinct products:_

Blank Canvas:
High-specification offices providing quality workspace for businesses wanting to take 100+ desks, typically taken on longer term leases of 10+ years_
- _ Customised: Self-contained, fitted space ready for businesses to walk straight into. Clear, all-inclusive costs with flexible leases from 5 years +. Typically smaller spaces with desks._
- _ Myo: Stylish private offices designed with productivity and wellbeing in mind and dynamic communal areas providing additional, adaptable space. Myo spaces offer a curated programme of wellbeing, cultural and networking events to enhance and enrich the working experience. Leases are shorter, from 1-3 years and occupiers typically take desks._

The Team:

What you will be responsible for:

  • Events_
  • With internal support:_
- _ Deliver the LS Exp events strategy - manage event agencies and stakeholder involvement to deliver seamless and successful events. Oversee the operational process across all events, supporting Workplace Management team where appropriate._
- _ Generate actionable insight to inform and help shape future events strategy. Highlight any trends in customer behaviour and work with Marketing Manager to adapt programme accordingly._
- _ Support on budget management, report on levels of spend against budget and track invoices._
- _ Build relationships with relevant external partners to create and optimise events opportunities._

  • Communications_
  • With marketing agency support:_
- _ Deliver communications for events and activations across all customer groups (internal and external)._
- _ Work with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver wider customer communications plans across the business._
- _ Manage content creation (/agency) for event and activation promotion._
- _ Create effective marketing material for future campaigns and project evaluation, including commissioning photography and creating presentations with in-house resource._

  • Brand_
- _ Oversee the operation of marketing toolkits, become the brand champion for LS Exp_
- _ Monitor all customer facing collateral_

  • London Retail Consumer Marketing_
  • Planning, budgeting and reporting:_
- _ Implement consumer retail marketing plan and budget - ensuring priorities, suppliers and stakeholder expectations are managed._
- _ Work closely with workplace marketing, B2C and B2B retail marketing, retail operations and asset stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinated approach to executing plans._
- _ Manage projects and marketing costs within the budget, ensuring purchase orders / invoices are tracked._
- _ Assess and prepare monthly and quarterly reports on KPIs and impact of planned activities._
- _ Leverage data, competitor and market insights to inform the strategy for Retail Marketing - build a strong picture of existing audience, catchment, market data and future trends to inform plans and decisions._
- _ Source inventive campaign ideas and experiences through desk research, destination visits and safaris._

  • Agency management_
- _ Build strong and productive working relationships with all agency suppliers, to manage and monitor performance._
- _ Develop briefs when required, seeking input from the marketing lead and stakeholders, and assess agency supplier responses._
- _ Oversee all social, digital, content, CRM, event and sponsorship channels with agencies / suppliers, seeking ways to continuously improve impact._

  • Comms, campaign and brand management_
- _ Be the brand champion for London retail marketing, ensuring all collateral and marketing channels follow guidelines and bring the brand to life._
- _ Oversee marketing activity across earned, owned and paid channels to drive awareness, social engagement and ultimately retail footfall, dwell time and spend._
- _ Ad hoc digital and social tasks such as creating / amending retail brand pages, editing opening hours, refreshing 'evergreen' pages with new info, supporting competitions, editing maps etc._
- _ Regular site visits and weekly retail manager / operations team catch ups to capture content for social / digital / CRM channels._

  • Event and partnership management_
- _ Provide project management and marketing support for all LS Experience events and activities to help drive awareness and participation._
- _ Support win-win sponsorships and partnerships with Victoria Bid, L
