Meraki Talent are shortlisting for an excellent Customer Support Specialist for one of our leading Financial Services Clients.


This is a full-time (35 hours), permanent opportunity located in Bath, England and offers an annual salary of £25,000 alongside a hybrid working model.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service within the financial services sector. You will be assisting people in managing and growing their savings and investments responsibly.


As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be a part of the inbound contact centre team, responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to both advisers and customers.

The position plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all clients and customers.
