Meraki Talent are shortlisting for an excellent Customer Support Specialist for one of our leading Financial Services Clients.
This is a full-time (35 hours), permanent opportunity located in Bath, England and offers an annual salary of £25,000 alongside a hybrid working model.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be a part of the inbound contact centre team, responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to both advisers and customers.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is desirable.
- High standards of productivity and service quality are emphasized.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial to managing customer accounts, transactions, and inquiries effectively.
