We're assisting our client in recruiting for the newest member of their Account Management team and we couldn't be happier to offer this opportunity to someone with a desire to progress their career quickly

The company we're recruiting for operates within the Business Travel sector, offering a superior travel service to corporate companies travelling on business.

This position sits within their Client Services department and focuses on supporting the more senior Account Managers with their administrative duties whilst learning the fine art of effective account management yourself.

You'll be working within a strong team who focus on delivering the best possible service to their clients, growing their accounts and being a font of all knowledge when it comes to the data behind the travel they do.

Your role will consist of the below (and much more):

  • Administrative support
  • Putting together engaging and branded Powerpoint presentations
  • Finding your way around spreadsheets, interpreting data and reporting
  • Accompanying more senior staff on their meetings, in person and via Teams so you can truly start to develop your own career path
  • Working closely with other departments and solving an adhoc admin based requests


The opportunity to progress in to a fully fledged Account Manager position with your own portfolio of clients is the sole aim of this role.

It would be ideal for you if you're looking to build upon your existing Account Management experience in a new, thriving and interesting sector where you'll get to be part of an industry that's experiencing some incredible growth.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Some Account Management experience would be great, if you don't have that directly then demonstrable experience in a customer support/facing role
  • The ability to work in a Bradford office 3 days a week, 2 from home
  • A genuine desire to progress your career, a passion for service and for delivering results
  • Fantastic attention to detail and a technical whizz on Microsoft Office
  • A head for facts, figures and data the key to successful account management is being able to interpret information
