The Role

Our client is looking for a Paralegal to support Trainees and Associates in the Dispute Resolution department, working in Property Litigation.

The team deals with many diverse matters.

Including but not limited to:

Development disputes;
Landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), overdue rents and service charges,
Breaches of covenant, and dilapidations;
Recovery of possession;
Rights of way, rights to light, party wall and other land disputes;
Valuation and construction disputes;
Property fraud; and professional negligence.

The firm's clients are a mix of large property companies, retailers, developers, and high net-worth individuals, and small to medium-sized freeholders, landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

Must have a strong academic background. Minimum 2.1 at LLB.
Must have at least 6 months of prior experience working within Property Litigation as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
