Dandelion Antiques is a UK and HK-based online luxury fine jewellery business with over 10 years of experience in both the luxury signed jewellery and the antique jewellery industries.

Founded in 2012, we are always looking for the best quality and most interesting fine jewellery pieces. We are very proud of working with some of the world's finest and most desirable pieces.


We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for a smart, talented sales ambassador to join our fast growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with clients' appointments, providing assistance to the buying team to source particular pieces for clients and keeping a good stock level
  • Present, promote and sell our range of jewellery and watches, you need to have a passion for driving sales, ability to communicate in additional languages highly advantageous
  • You will need to be charismatic, dynamic, organised and able to work in an efficient way and productive way, you need to keep good communication with buying and shipping team
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service. Applicants should have a background in sales, a basic knowledge of fine luxury jewellery and experience of working with VIP customers would be beneficial, training will be provided
  • Assisting the finance team to create invoices for customers, sometime you may also need to assit or independantly arrange shipping label and insurance for the sold pieces.
  • Responding to Trust Pilot and Google reviews to identify areas of improvement and implementing these to streamline the service
  • Reduce customer complaints by careful management of pre and postsale enquires
  • You will be expected to assist and work with other team member to produce a weekbyweek plan of action for the platform with ideas being pulled directly from the top performing posts in our market niche.
  • Registering stock item information on the stock book
  • Help online shop operation team to do the product uplisting if necessary

Skill:

  • Must be able to work well within a small team and on your own using your own initiative
  • Very good time management skill, can work in a very past paced environment
  • You will need excellent selling, communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for providing great customer service and complaint handling
  • Basic knowledge for luxury fine jewellery, experience in Fashion & Jewellery or luxury industry is preferred, training will be provided
  • Taking a flexible approach and finding ways to improve the business flow & providing effective solutions
  • Word and data processing with office software, etc
  • Hard working, fast learner, can work under pressue, meet with deadline
  • Office job experience is required

The hours :
Monday to Friday 9.30am-5:30pm


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
