Description

A specialist design agency with a high-end client base is seeking a CRM Executive to help with the design and implementation of its CRM strategy.

The business is trying to optimise it's client engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Building effective target audiences and segments for every message to improve engagement performance.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, unsubscribes, etc.
  • Report on key metrics and customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities for customer journey improvements across digital touchpoints.
  • Create guest lists, target lists, and mailing lists for events
  • Ensure that any clientfocused events (e.g. lunches with brokers) are coordinated with the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Having CRM experience in luxury goods companies, auction houses, ultrahighend real estate agents, or private banks would be preferred
  • An advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of indesign
  • An excellent communicator; written, verbal and visual.
  • Ability to plan work proactively and effectively, we're looking for a team player who is driven and who has a collegial, friendly personality.
  • Experience with analytical platforms/tools i.e., Google Analytics.
  • A working knowledge of CMS systems, ideally WordPress.
  • UK experience is essential
**Basic salary: £40,000
