CRM Executive - London, United Kingdom - EMR
Description
A specialist design agency with a high-end client base is seeking a CRM Executive to help with the design and implementation of its CRM strategy.
The business is trying to optimise it's client engagement.Responsibilities:
- Building effective target audiences and segments for every message to improve engagement performance.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, unsubscribes, etc.
- Report on key metrics and customer insights.
- Identify opportunities for customer journey improvements across digital touchpoints.
- Create guest lists, target lists, and mailing lists for events
- Ensure that any clientfocused events (e.g. lunches with brokers) are coordinated with the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Having CRM experience in luxury goods companies, auction houses, ultrahighend real estate agents, or private banks would be preferred
- An advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Knowledge of indesign
- An excellent communicator; written, verbal and visual.
- Ability to plan work proactively and effectively, we're looking for a team player who is driven and who has a collegial, friendly personality.
- Experience with analytical platforms/tools i.e., Google Analytics.
- A working knowledge of CMS systems, ideally WordPress.
- UK experience is essential
