We are currently seeking a Customs Admin Co-ordinator to provide excellent customer service to the Customs & Logistics clientele of Yusen Logistics Ltd.

Continuously review ways off working to ensure shipments are Managed efficiently and 'right first time'. Develop industry knowledge to support identification, delivery, and enhancement of Margin opportunities. Maintain a centre of excellence for issues relating to HM Revenue & Customs with Yusen Logistics.

KEY ACTIVITES

Work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth seamless service levels are achieved.
Act as direct point of contact for clients, ensuring that all operational, Customs requirements and enquiries are responded to on time and concluded accurately and courteously
Prepare KPI reports and present to clients as required.
Maintain systems with accurate and realtime data
Monitor and control all cost and revenue at jobfile level
Complete regular audits on the Customs activity to ensure adherence with HM Customs procedures / client instructions
Confirm and process all jobfile invoicing
Ensure total accuracy of all information and high standards of operational service are met at all times
Observe deadlines and SOP
