We're excited to present an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Order Management Administrator to join the friendly team at a well-reputed manufacturer in Kettering.


As Order Management Administrator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and managing all non-standard orders that require stock that is not yet built or on-site
  • Processing orders to achieve the maximum invoice value and service rate
  • Working with the Warehouse Manager to communicate the present and upcoming order requirements through production and the warehouse
  • Notifying the Supply Team of any present and upcoming orders that are unusually large, need a build or exceed available stock levels
  • Producing reports required by the Sales Team to enable them to communicate effectively with customers
  • Playing an active role in commercial calls and communication with major customers
  • Helping to reduce customer complaints connected to servicerelated issues

We're looking for an Order Management Administrator with the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience within a similar sales administration or B2B customer service administration role, involving order processing
  • Knowledge of SAP is essential
  • Experience within a technical / manufacturing / wholesale environment would be beneficial
  • Demonstrates a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Highly organised and used to working accurately in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Works with a positive, problemsolving and "cando" approach
  • Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Hours of work:


  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
  • Early finish one Friday each month at 2.30pm
  • Officebased

Salary and benefits:

- £27,000 - £30,000

  • Free parking
  • 23 days' annual leave (+ bank holidays)
