With an office in Central Eastleigh and working hours set at Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, we are committed to creating a working environment that will help our employees achieve a better work-life balance.

We are actively recruiting for a Recruitment Process Manager to come and join our fun and dynamic team.


What you will do:


  • Drive talent searching strategies through various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Source Whale, social media, job boards, XING and much more.
  • Use of automation tools to ensure the process is streamlined and working effectively.
  • Use initiative and outofthebox thinking to create contemporary talent acquisition strategies and provide competitive advantage
  • Liaise, influence, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships (including external agencies) including negotiating contracts and service agreements and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Monthly and weekly reporting including analysing recruitment trends, internal metrics, and success against business goals and KPI's.
- look at the systems and processes, currently in use and identify gaps that require improvements.


About you:

We would love someone who is working at their best when they are looking for ways to improve things. They love to tinker and take things apart, and then put them together in new and better ways.
Someone who is process orientated and looking is excitedto learn new technology to help improve systems and processes.


If you have previous experience of working within the recruitment industry as an operations manager or for an internal business and have designed and led internal talent management projects and that would be helpful.

You must be self-motivated and have a high level of attention to detail


You must be able to demonstrate that you are highly organised and a keenness to pick up new technology and explore and learn it to its maximum potential.
