Main purpose of the job:

The main purpose of the role is primarily security, however, as a Security Patrol Medic the position


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Patrols across the public areas of the contracted site, to include any of its 61 occupied floors. The role will provide assistance to security incidents as well attending to all first aid incidents. Trauma trained officers may be tasked to cover static positions but if medical assistance is needed, they will respond accordingly.
  • Completing the necessary documents post a medical incident, to include, a patient report form (PRF), On site accident/incident book and a comprehensive, detailed report of their actions during the incident.
  • Provide a detailed handover to the emergency services during an incident.
  • Complete full equipment checks at the start of their shift. Reporting missing / faulty equipment to their line manager.
  • Provide a debrief of all incidents to the oncoming trauma trained officer. This will include incidents attended, actions taken, and medical equipment used.
  • Responsible for replacing and documenting medical supplies used in an incident.
  • Certified level 3 FREC (First Response Emergency Care Level 3)
  • Ability to respond effectively in a trauma/medical situation
  • Capability to perform under pressure making quickthinking decisions when necessary
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows, Outlook
  • Professional communication skills with a high level of written and spoken English
  • Team player: helping others where needed to achieve a combined goal
  • Strong coordination skills
